NSPR’s role was to build Ockham Residential’s credibility and raise awareness of the company’s philosophy that housing is infrastructure with a total commitment to quality urban design, architecture and materials that enhance their surroundings. It was also critical to raise the public profile and position Mark Todd (Co-Founder of Ockham Residential) to be a recognised name and face associated with social justice, and a leading expert on urban regeneration, a critic on New Zealand society whose opinion is worth reading and listening to.
NSPR achieved its objectives with Mark being sought after for his expert opinion raising awareness of Ockham Residential’s housing philosophies. PR achieved across a range of high profile and business media – press, radio and tv.
