Product Launches for Media
NSPR has event managed product launches for media, utilising panel discussions, product demonstrations and first looks, partnership announcements and research results, which have resulted in significant media coverage across all main New Zealand media outlets.
“Initially, our event was focused on launching a new product, our ecostore Limited Edition Handwash range, made 100% from ocean waste plastic, but working with our longstanding PR agency NSPR, they recognised that this was much more than just a product launch and suggested we look at this from a thought leadership perspective. They assisted us with finding the right panellists and that critical emcee and the content for the morning to ensure those that attended, media included, went away feeling educated, motivated and inspired. In addition to the fantastic media and social media coverage ecostore received, the proof we’d nailed it came when I received an email from someone who is widely respected as a CEO and director, who has been to and involved in many product launches over the last 40 years. He said ecostore event’s was one of the best he’d attended, due to the combination of content discussed, the panellists and emcee, the professionalism and the all-important time length of the event.”Kathryn Averyecostore Brand Manager Personal Care
Charity and Brand events
NSPR has managed a number of client events, for both corporates and charities.
We have been involved with events where the purpose was to raise money, such as the charity golf day fundraiser for Men’s Health Trust; where the purpose is to showcase a product, service or venue, such as a Conoscenti event at Te Hihi; and brand building exercises, such as the Good From Scratch stand at the Auckland Food Show.
“The team at NSPR have been essential in supporting the goals of the Men’s Health Trust. They were incredibly motivated and professional when planning and running our annual charity golf tournament, and they went above and beyond to make the event a success. They have a great understanding of the not-for-profit space, and as an added bonus to events also service our PR needs, where they have continued to provide us with PR solutions that not only meet our brief, but also deliver fantastic results. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to any business.”Phil ClemasPast Chair of Men’s Health Trust and CEO of Lumo
NSPR was asked to create a series of community events to support one of our talent, Michael Van de Elzen, on his quest to make children and their parents more aware of cooking healthy food. Off the back of a new children’s cook book, Good From Scratch, NSPR organised a nationwide tour through beautiful Aotearoa/New Zealand, to small towns and large cities, speaking to school pupils, parents, whanau and community groups. Each event was interactive with audience participation, whilst also raising money for the local school or community group. It was a massive logistical feat that was incredibly well received, generating huge media coverage, thousands of Good From Scratch cookbooks sold and a very happy Michael Van de Elzen!
”I have a long standing relationship with NSPR and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with this given how many moving parts there were. It went very smoothly, in fact they even secured ecostore as the sponsor of the tour. They supported me around how the presentation and delivery of the events should look and feel and this was a major win from the reactions of the children and parents involved and watching. The liaison with the groups I spoke to and a complete “Guide to running the event locally” was all written and sorted by NSPR, right down to a media release template – they thought of everything! They truly were a one stop shop, handling all the media interest in the tour too, I couldn’t have done this without them.Michael Van de Elzen
